PRODUCT DELIVERY, REFUND, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 

     The return, exchange and cancellation requests for the products you purchase are evaluated within the framework of the Product Return and Product Change Procedure determined in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and related regulations in order not to be a victim of our valued customers.

 

 We kindly request you to follow this procedure for your satisfaction.

 

 Below is information on the operation of the procedure.

 

PRODUCT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

 

     After the receipt of the bank's approval, the product will be taken to the cargo or delivery program on the same day. Your works will be shipped within 5 (five) working days at the latest. Products that are not damaged and / or damaged by the consumer at the time of delivery are considered to be delivered to the consumer undamaged and complete. Simurg Sanatevi is not responsible for any damage and / or deterioration that may occur in the product which is accepted as undamaged and complete delivery by the consumer.

 

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

 

     Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the purchased products, the product can be returned without damaging the product, without damaging the package and without reinstatement of the product and without giving any reason for the return without any reimbursement with all its accessories. The consumer is obliged to inform the system about the return process. Used, unpacked, destroyed products cannot be returned.

 

      The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessory, if any. In case of missing one of these, the request for return of the product is not accepted. The return of the product and its original packaging, if any, will not be made.

 

      Upon return of the product with the invoice in accordance with the return conditions and the sales contract, the refund will be made to the account you made the money transfer / EFT within 3 working days. If you made a credit card payment, the refund process will be made to your credit card within 4 business days following the delivery of the product and invoice. However, in this case, the refund of the payment to the credit card is the initiative of the bank to which you belong, our company has no responsibility for this issue.

 

      No refunds are accepted for overseas sales.

 

      In the return process, the cargo cost belongs to the consumer and the counter-payment shall not be accepted.

 

      Product invoices, boxes, packaging and standard accessories, if any, are returned undamaged and not completely delivered to the consumer. In this submission, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.

 

PRODUCT CHANGE CONDITIONS

 

     The products requested to be exchanged may be changed within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product, with the reason of change, provided that the products are unused, not destroyed and the resale of the product is not impaired. In order to make a product change, it is necessary to present the invoice of the product or the product change card given by the company for that product.

 

     Products demanded exchange; Product box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, should be delivered without damage and complete. If one of these is missing, the product cannot be exchanged.

 

     There is no product change in overseas sales.

 

     In case of cargo, the cargo cost belongs to the consumer and the counter-payment shall not be accepted.

 

 

      Products that have not been used, destroyed and whose product is not delivered as undisturbed, shall not be returned to the consumer. In this submission, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 

     If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order. For your order "Shipped" Before you are notified by e-mail, you must provide information about the product order you have canceled.

 

     Your online order cancellation cannot be made if your order has been shipped.
