TERMS OF DELIVERY, RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
Your refund, exchange and cancellation requests related to the products you have purchased are evaluated within the framework of the "Product Return and Product Exchange Procedure" determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations in order not to victimize our valued customers.
We strongly request that this procedure be followed for your satisfaction.
Below is information about the operation of the procedure.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS
The product ordered for purchase will be taken to the cargo or delivery program on the same day after receiving the bank approval. Your works will be shipped domestically/abroad within 5(five) business days at the latest. We will deliver the works to our customers located in Istanbul with our own vehicle. Products that are not stated to be damaged and/or damaged by the consumer at the time of delivery are considered to have been delivered to the consumer undamaged and complete. Simurg Sanatevi is not responsible for any damage and/or deterioration that may occur later in the product that is accepted to have been delivered undamaged and complete by the consumer.
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the purchased products, the product in question can be returned without being used, destroyed, completely in its packaging and without compromising the resalability of the product, and undamaged with all accessories, if any, without specifying the reason for the return. The consumer is obliged to inform about the refund process from the system. Used, unpacked, destroyed products cannot be returned.
The products to be returned must be delivered undamaged and complete together with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If one of them is missing, the product refund request will not be accepted. A refund will not be made if the product and its original packaging, if any, have been opened.
After the product is delivered to us together with the invoice in accordance with the return conditions and the sales agreement, the refund of the fee will be made to your account where you made the transfer /EFT within 3 working days. If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card that was purchased within 4 business days after the product and invoice are delivered to us. However, in this case, the refund of paying to you is at the initiative of the bank to which the credit card belongs, and our company has no responsibility in this regard.
Returns are not accepted for overseas sales.
In the return process by cargo, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer, and counterpaid shipments will not be accepted.
Products that have not been delivered to us undamaged and complete together with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, are sent back to the consumer. In this shipment, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.
TERMS OF PRODUCT CHANGE
The products whose replacement is requested may be replaced within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product by specifying the reason for the change, provided that they have not been used, destroyed and the resalability of the product has not been impaired. In order for a product change to be made, it is necessary to submit the invoice for the product or the product replacement card issued by the company for that product.
The products whose replacement is requested must be delivered undamaged and complete with the product box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If one of them is missing, product exchange cannot be made.
There is no product exchange in overseas sales.
In case of exchanges with cargo, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer, and counter-paid shipments will not be accepted.
Products that have not been used, destroyed and not delivered to us with the resalability of the product intact, products that have not been submitted to an invoice or exchange card are sent back to the consumer. In this shipment, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If your paid product order has not been shipped yet, you can perform the cancellation process. For this purpose, you must provide information about the product order that you canceled before the "Delivered to Cargo" information of your order is notified to you by e-mail.
Online order cancellation cannot be made if your order has been delivered.
If you are requesting the cancellation of one or several products from your order, not the entire order, you can still cancel the item firstname.lastname@example.org you can send your request by sending an e-mail to the address. Online product order cancellation will be made by us as soon as possible and the transaction process related to the refund will be transferred to you by mail.
